Tech consultancy Synechron has brought together Chamonix IT, Exposé and iGreenData under the Synechron brand, uniting the trio of companies it bought in 2024 under a single name.
The unified business will specialise in secure, end-to-end digital transformation and platform solutions for clients in industries such as financial services, defense and healthcare.
Synechron now has a team of more than 1,500 professionals servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand. With offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra, the firm plans to add more than 100 specialist roles in the first half of this year.
The company also unveiled its new Australian leadership team, headlined by Scott Grigg, country MD for Australia.
The local Synechron team is rounded out by Max Sundaram, MD of banking, financial services and insurance; Kelly Drewett, MD of enterprise; Tim Coates, head of practices for Australia; and Etienne Oosthuysen, CTO of Australia.
“Pairing our on-the-ground experience and expertise with Synechron’s proprietary technology and accelerators drove significant growth, even as we worked to bring the business to operate as one organisation," said Grigg.
"As we move forward as one Synechron in the Australian market, we expect this growth to accelerate.”
Synechron is headquartered in New York and over the last 12 years, the combined Synechron team has delivered over 3,200 projects throughout Australia to government and enterprise clients.
Chamonix IT was a finalist in both the 2023 and 2024 techpartner.news Impact Awards, as well as a techpartner.news Fast50 honouree in 2014.
Exposé was a finalist in the 2024 techpartner.news Impact Awards.
