2024 CRN Impact Awards: Announcing the Customer Experience partner finalists

A large-scale contact centre project for a leading energy provider and a Salesforce Service Cloud deployment for a retailer that has millions of customers are among the partner finalist projects in the Customer Experience category of the 2024 CRN Impact Awards.

The awards, sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS), recognise the impact of Australian IT channel-led projects, innovation, ESG initiatives and leaders. Winners will be revealed at the gala CRN Impact Awards dinner which will take place at the 2024 CRN Pipeline conference on August 15.

The Customer Experience category recognises Australian partner projects that helped end-user customers better service their customers in a digital, mobile world.

The Customer Experience partner finalists are:

  • Chamonix’s work with the Department for Education, South Australia, on the Early Years SA App: This app, designed to support parents and carers of children aged up to five with developmental information and reminders, integrates with government Azure infrastructure and complies with stringent security standards.
  • ProQuest Consulting’s Salesforce Service Cloud deployment for Kogan.com: ProQuest Consulting moved the retailer, which has millions of customers, onto Salesforce Service Cloud ahead of its looming deadline to stop using Zendesk.
  • Green Light Worldwide’s work to help provide a new onshore contact centre for a leading Australian utility provider: Filling a capability gap for Accenture, Green Light Worldwide managed employment and performance-related matters on this large-scale project, which helped reduce call wait times by more than 90 percent.
  • Platinum Technology migrates TMX Global’s IT: This project involved the migration of technology systems for a workforce in Asia, the United States and United Kingdom, to enable a rebranding on a tight deadline ahead of the supply chain consultancies’ entry into the United States.
  • Dynamic Aspect’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration for Redcat: this project enhanced the Redcat Hospitality IT Platform, used by the likes of Grill’d, Nando’s and Boost Juice, to support customer service and relationship management requirements.

Due to the large number of entries, we will not be announcing vendor and distributor finalists. Vendors, distributor and partner winners will be announced at the gala CRN Impact Awards event on August 15 during the 2024 CRN Pipeline conference.

Thank you to everyone who entered this category. If your entry isn’t a finalist, that does not mean the judges thought it was without merit. We received many entries and separating the nominations was not always straightforward. Thank you for giving the judges the opportunity to learn more about your achievements.

We also thank AWS for making the 2024 IoT Awards possible though their sponsorship.

The CRN Impact Award winners will be announced at the gala awards dinner on Thursday 15th August on the final night of the CRN Pipeline conference at the Sheraton Grand Mirage on the Gold Coast. See the CRN Pipeline agenda and purchase tickets.
