The award is a peer-driven recognition, given to the company's for its significant impact on the legal IT industry along with it its commitment to innovation in the sector.
For Sydney law firm Coleman Greig The Missing Link implemented a SmartCLOUD solution that achieved 99.957 per cent uptime for secure application access, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency.
Australia-wide legal practice Sparke Helmore engaged The Missing Link, and with the company's strategic security enhancements across nine offices reaped over $100,000 in annual savings while paving the way for an ISO 27001 accreditation.
The Missing Link's innovative offerings span advanced cyber security, smart cloud services, and cutting-edge AI and automation solutions.
Said technologies have significantly improved law firm operations by streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and enabling superior client service.
