Sydney managed service provider OneTeam IT has acquired Brisbane business continuity services firm MSD Information Technology for an undisclosed fee.
Founded in 1990, MSD offers business continuity services spanning operational performance optimisation, disaster management, managed services, cybersecurity, networking and disaster recovery.
OneTeam said the acquisition aims to enhance its service portfolio to provide additional value and support to customers.
It noted that MSD's specialised solutions and customer support will add to its managed IT services, cybersecurity and cloud solutions capabilities.
