Intelliworx, a global IT managed services provider, has signed a multi-year partnership with Humanity Health Group to deliver comprehensive IT services.
The agreement will see Intelliworx support Humanity Health Group's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services worldwide.
Under the partnership, Intelliworx will provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Cloud Services, and a robust cybersecurity framework, including Security Operations Center (SOC) services.
The IT firm will also offer consulting and compliance services for cybersecurity and manage Microsoft 365 licences for Humanity Health Group.
Shane Maher, managing director of Intelliworx, said that healthcare providers have been struggling to prioritise efficiency gains from technology investments while tackling cybersecurity challenges.
"Humanity Health Group are doing something quite rare here in that they're walking and chewing gum at the same time," Maher added,
The partnership comes as global healthcare technology spending is expected to increase, with Gartner projecting a 9.5 per cent rise in healthcare and life sciences enterprise IT spending to US$265.2 billion in 2024.
The collaboration aims to enhance and secure Humanity Health Group's critical IT infrastructure and overall IT environment, supporting their expansion and service improvement goals.
