A large customer database and a focus on the SME market was enough to entice SurfControl to sign Corporate Express on as a Gold reseller.
ASX-listed Corporate Express, a supplier of business products, plans to sell SurfControl’s Enterprise Protection Suite through its 38 branches located across Australia and via its website.
Trevor Voss, Corporate Express's national business unit manager for software and integration services, said protection products filled a niche for customers.
"Customers are increasingly looking for vendors who can supply a complete content filtering solution and meets compliance requirements," he said.
SurfControl had a total 33 partners across Australia, including Coporate Express and divides its formal channel into Platinum, Gold and Silver, each representing different levels of financial investment.
