Major changes at StickmanCyber reflect surging demand for cybersecurity services as Australian businesses face mounting digital threats.
The cybersecurity firm has announced a significant restructure and five senior appointments to support its rapid expansion.
StickmanCyber's growth trajectory shows a 200 per cent increase since 2020, alongside an 84 per cent rise in staff numbers over the past two years.
"I built this company with a simple premise, to help businesses tackle their hardest security problem," Ajay Unni, StickmanCyber chief executive and founder said.
The restructure introduces six dedicated business units covering core competencies including cloud security, AI safety, governance, purple team operations, virtual CISO services and security operations.
A new AI safety and security team will specifically focus on helping Australian businesses implement AI tools securely.
StickmanCyber has appointed Raj Kunjira as head of competencies, Shaun Williams as head of cyber advisory, and Aaron Laws as head of cloud security.
Arun Prasad joins as head of AI safety and security, while Abbas Kudrati from Microsoft takes a position on the technical advisory board.
The company has also restructured existing leadership roles, with Priyanka Raghavendra becoming head of operations and maria hadi appointed as head of GRC.
Additional restructured positions include abartan dhakal as head of purple team and Rishabh Khandelwal as head of SOC operations.
The company has added more than 100 customers to its portfolio, primarily through its Compliance and Security as a Service offering.
Revenue has doubled with 80 per cent coming from recurring contracts and 20 per cent from project-based work.
"Moving to the Cloud and adoption of AI is quickly becoming a major challenge for security teams," Unni said.
