IT infrastructure management provider SolarWinds has unveiled a series of enhancements to its partner programme, focusing on increased profitability, enhanced capabilities, and improved tools for collaboration.
SolarWinds is bringing in a new three-tier model with enhanced revenue segmentation and margin control, designed to boost partner profitability throughout 2025.
The changes will be implemented gradually over the coming months.
Growth incentives remain a key feature of the programme, rewarding partners who expand their offerings in observability, database, and IT service management solutions.
A new certification programme, the SolarWinds Services Certification Program, will enable partners to sell and deliver premium support services.
Partners must employ both a SolarWinds Certified Professional and a SolarWinds Certified Instructor to gain certification.
The technology firm has also enhanced its partner portal, introducing new business planning tools, marketing automation capabilities, and improved lead-sharing features.
The portal now includes integrated Google Ads activation to support partner marketing efforts.

The SolarWinds partner program, initially launched in 2022, undergoes annual updates based on employee and partner feedback to support ongoing digital transformation efforts.
