ServiceNow honours 2026 APAC Partner Awards winners

ServiceNow has revealed its Partner Awards winners for 2026, with a total of 14 partners in APAC being honoured.

Fujitsu took out two awards, winning both the Reseller Partner of the Year in the Partner Program category and the IT Partner of the Year in the Domain Expertise category.

The former award celebrates the partners who guide customers to the right ServiceNow AI Platform solutions with strong product expertise, commercial excellence, and consistent new customer acquisition within their regions, while the latter  award celebrates the partners who modernize IT services and operations using solutions such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). 

AutomatePro was named ServiceNow Store Partner of the Year, recognising the partners whose paid applications on the ServiceNow Store delivered exceptional customer value, strong adoption, and commercial success within their regions.

Coforge won CRM Partner of the Year, celebrating the partners transforming customer engagement through Customer Service Management (CSM) and industry -specific CRM solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform. 

Datacom was awarded the Reseller Rising Star Partner of the Year, celebrating high -growth reseller partners that are rapidly expanding the ServiceNow customer base through strong performance, pipeline development, and new logo wins across their regions.

InfoBeans was honoured as the Transformation Partner of the Year, given to partners who boldly redefine how work gets done through the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Infosys was recognised as the AI Customer Value Partner of the Year, bestowed upon partners who demonstrably maximize customer value by expertly applying the ServiceNow AI Platform. 

inMorphis was named the Risk & Security Partner of the Year, recognising partners who strengthen cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance by applying ServiceNow’s risk, security operations, and governance capabilities. 

InputZero was awarded the Consulting & Implementation Partner of the Year award, celebrating the partners who bring the ServiceNow AI Platform to life through high-quality implementations that drive measurable business transformation and long-term customer success within their regions.

Kinetic IT won the Consulting & Implementation Rising Star Partner of the Year award, celebrating emerging consulting partners demonstrating rapid growth, expanding capabilities, and increasing customer impact within the ServiceNow ecosystem across their regions.

Leidos took out the Service Provider Rising Star Partner of the Year award, honouring fast -growing service providers delivering strong operational performance and expanding managed services impact for customers across their regions.

LTIMindtree took home the Data & Analytics Partner of the Year award, celebrating the partners unlocking the power of connected data through capabilities such as Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB on the ServiceNow AI Platform. 

Samsung SDS was named the ServiceNow Store Rising Star Partner of the Year, recognising emerging Build partners whose paid ServiceNow Store applications demonstrate strong growth, increasing adoption, and revenue momentum across their regions.

xAmplify won the Core Business Partner of the Year award, recognising the partners modernizing essential enterprise functions such as Legal Service Delivery, Source -to-Pay, procurement, HR workflows, and other critical back-office operations. 

Earlier this year, ServiceNow announced a number of enhancements to its global partner program with the intention to accelerate AI agent innovation.
