ASX-listed enterprise software company Prophecy International Holdings (Prophecy) has announced that CEO Brad Thomas has resigned.
Thomas was appointed as CEO in 2017, having joined the company in 2016 as
CEO and GM of sales and marketing for the company's emite subsidiary.
In 2017, he also took over as CEO of the company's Snare Solutions subsidiary.
Prior to Prophecy, Thomas was at Canon Australia for over five years, serving as head of sales/senior GM in his most recent role.
"He has played an important role over the last eight years in advancing both emite and Snare, and growing their international operations," the statement from the board said.
"The Board thanks Brad for past efforts and wishes him all the best for the future."
Prophecy chairman Ed Reynolds will assume the role of acting CEO for the company and will guide Prophecy until a new executive is appointed to take on the CEO position.
Last month, Prophecy agreed to acquire AI software applications provider Complexica to create what the company describes as an ‘AI pure play’ software company.
Thomas has been contacted by techpartner.news for comment.
