Over 250 reseller and vendor partners attended the event which had live music, contortionists, acrobatic show and an appearance from 'Queen Elizabeth II' for the official ribbon cutting ceremony.
According to Paul Harman, CEO of Alloys, the VIP Grand Opening was an outstanding night and a wonderful opportunity to showcase its new distribution facility and business centre to its partners.
"It also allowed us to demonstrate our non-traditional distribution values of flexibility, relationships and knowledge," he said.
"We look forward to our partners enjoying the new business centre and growing their incremental business opportunities through its use," he added.
The new distribution centre includes an expanded warehouse, pickup facility and resellers can procure IT equipment and consumable supplies at short notice.
It also has a business centre with Laser printers, Wide format printers, Document management solutions, home automation solutions and IP security demonstration facilities.
The business centre will be available to resellers for demonstration and seminars to local businesses with a host of guest speakers appearing during the year.
