Perth's Austin Technology acquires fellow MSP Lumity Technology Solutions

Austin Technology has acquired fellow Perth-based managed service provider Lumity Technology Solutions.

The acquisition, of which the terms were undisclosed, represents a "rapid expansion" of services into areas such as voice and telephony, Microsoft Teams Calling, ultra-fast connectivity, automation, data, and AI consulting, Austin Technology said.

The acquisition also brings in software developers and automation engineers, boosting the company's delivery capacity across strategic technology areas.

Austin Technology's services cover cybersecurity, cloud services, communications solutions, managed services, connectivity offerings and modern workplace solutions.

Along with managed IT and cloud IT, Lumity Technology Solutions also provides threat management and solutions development services.
