Orro launches cloud-based network access control service

Secure network and digital infrastructure provider Orro has introduced a new Cloud Network Access Control (NAC) service developed in partnership with US networking giant Juniper, which Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking to acquire.

The NAC service aims to simplify user authentication and seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure.

A cloud-based NAC service provides reliable security and scalability to accommodate business growth.

Its vendor-agnostic approach allows organisations to utilise their current investments while benefiting from cloud-based NAC, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum value.

"Despite being essential for securing network access, traditional NAC solutions rely on complex, on-premises infrastructure." Daniel Greengarten, chief executive of Orro, said.

"What we've introduced with our Cloud NAC capability, removes the need for physical maintenance or storage, offering a single integrated solution that ensures our customers benefit from better security and a wrap-around service," Greengarted added.

The new solution integrates with Juniper AI products and Orro's One Touch Control AIOps platform, providing a unified dashboard for streamlined policy management.

This follows the next-generation wireless solution launched by Orro and Juniper earlier this year.

Orro has already deployed the software with existing education customers to manage tasks such as student enrolments and staff access.

The company, which launched in July 2021, serves more than 500 customers and remains committed to delivering secure network and digital infrastructure solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
