Optus has expanded the solutions it offers under its “Go” brand for IT solutions as a service.
The company’s added contact centres, storage and security to the offering.
The company’s core proposition remains the same: offer one throat to choke service with an as-a-service model that means buyers just get IT delivered without having to either own it or acquire products.
The service is not, however, a mere cookie-cutter approach. Optus instead customises each solution and will provide dedicated infrastructure if requested and/or applicable. Doing so distinguishes Go from public clouds.

CRN understands that NICE and Verint are new additions, reflecting the addition of the new contact-centre-as-a-service offering.
Palo Alto looks to be in a strong position with the new security offering while Pure Storage’s inclusion is notable given Optus’ long and deep engagements with Dell EMC.
