Nextgen signs Automation Anywhere to first ANZ distie deal

Robotic process automation specialist Automation Anywhere has picked Nextgen as its first ANZ distributor.

Automation Anywhere offers “digital workers” – software bots that take on repetitive tasks to free humans for jobs that need more intuitive thinking.

The company is 15 years old, employs over 1400 staff and operates in nine nations and has Australian offices in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne.

Tim Ebbeck, senior vice president and managing director Australia and New Zealand declared himself “delighted to be announcing Nextgen as our distributor in ANZ.

Nextgen CEO John Walters said “We’ve seen real demand for automation technology across our reseller base, which is why our new partnership with Automation Anywhere has come at a great time. In researching the market, we chose Automation Anywhere as the vendor with the right vision and existing capability to assist customers make this transition to a workforce of the future, where humans are augmented by digital workers.

“We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to work with the industry’s best in bringing RPA and the digital workforce to our customers, while helping Automation Anywhere amplify this message across ANZ.”

The partnership between the two will extend to marketing and branding services, which will be conducted by Nextgen’s marketing limb, Bang.
