Macquarie Cloud Services, part of Macquarie Technology Group, has signed a Microsoft Datacentre Optimisation (DCO) agreement to accelerate Microsoft Azure consumption over three years, one of the largest DCO agreements signed in the region.
Microsoft DCO is a global initiative designed to help partners accelerate their Azure practices and support customers on hybrid cloud transformation journeys.
Microsoft is essentially forecasting Macquarie Cloud Services’ Azure consumption spend will reach up to $278 million over the next three years based on its roadmap and success to date.
This is the third DCO agreement Macquarie Cloud Services has signed and follows six years of MCS being awarded Expert MSP status by Microsoft.
