The list of organisations that have successfully completed the Australian Government's Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment continues to grow.
Multinational companies LogicMonitor and Adobe are the latest to report they've achieved the IRAP assessment.
In LogicMonitor's case the assessment was administered by the Australia Cyber Security Centre (ACSC).
It evaluated LogicMonitor's cloud-based hybrid observability platform, against the Australian Government's Information Security Manual or ISM.
The assessment demonstrates LogicMonitor's adhereance to stringent security requirements necessary to protect sensitive government data, and covered both the company's internal security practices cloud infrastructure.
“Securing the IRAP assessment is a pivotal achievement for LogicMonitor that strengthens the company’s ability to safeguard critical operations for government customers," Richard Gerdis, LogicMonitor's vice president of APAC said.
"This milestone demonstrates LogicMonitor’s commitment to delivering AI-powered observability solutions that align with stringent security standards," he added.
Adobe has also joined the IRAP assessment club.
The company's Adobe Experience Manager Gov Cloud Australia - AEM Gov AU - has completed the IRAP assesment as well.
IRAP assessors found that the AEM Gov AU are aligned with the control requirements for use by Australian federal, state and local agencies, assuring Adobe customers it can be used when working with government, up to the PROTECTED level of security.
The AEM Gov AU is designed to enable government agencies to efficiently plan, launch, optimise, and maintain successful digital experiences, securely managing content across the full lifecycle at an enhanced level of cyber security while reducing costs and lifting reliability, Adobe said.
Adobe addeed that its Australian protected cloud offering for AEM Gov AU is operated by a team of local citizens.
They reside in the country, and possess appropriate government security clearances, Adobe said.
