Logicalis Australia said it has secured a position in Red Hat's Partner Practice Accelerator programme, strengthening its capabilities to deliver enterprise automation solutions.

The technology services provider earned its place through extensive upskilling and successful implementation of automation solutions, building on a four-year relationship with the open-source software company.

Red Hat's specialist programme validates partners' abilities to architect and implement tailored solutions for commercial customers, particularly in automation and application modernisation using platforms like Red Hat Ansible Automation and OpenShift.

"Joining Red Hat Partner Practice Accelerator is a proud moment for Logicalis Australia," Baden Graco, head of transformation services at Logicalis Australia said.

"Red Hat Partner Practice Accelerator focuses on identifying, enabling, validating, and incentivising partners within the commercial segment to support mid-market and small and medium business customers," Garry Gray, senior director and head of ecosystem for Australia and New Zealand at Red Hat said.

The achievement follows Logicalis Australia's recognition as Red Hat's Commercial Partner of the Year and Advanced Partner of the Year in the 2023 Australia and New Zealand Partner Awards.

Support from Logicalis Australia's Asia Pacific merger with Singapore-based iZeno has accelerated the company's progression into the program, in turn expanding its regional expertise.

"Customers can now rely on Logicalis Australia as a trusted local provider, backed by global expertise, to achieve a more seamless path to operational excellence," said Graco.

The partnership enables Logicalis Australia to deliver comprehensive professional services for Red Hat technologies, particularly on automation solutions for Australian businesses.
