LevelBlue launches Resilience Retainer for cyber incident coverage

Pure-play managed security services provider LevelBlue has launched its Resilience Retainer offering, providing access to more than 300 incident response experts worldwide in a form evolving the traditional incident response retainer.

Resilience Retainer uses a funds-based model with 100 percent rollover, enabling customers to apply their investment across a broad range of proactive and responsive services throughout the year, instead of expiring.

Key elements of the offering include service level agreements as low as one hour, along with priority access, even during mass-scale events, as well as unlimited access to experts for guided onboarding and strategic planning.

Resilience Retainer is also aligned with cyber insurance and breach counsel, with LevelBlue approved by more than 50 cyber insurance firms and is trusted by hundreds of law companies, the firm claims.

The retainer model is compatible with insurance policies, meaning customers can seek reimbursement for funds to respond to covered incidents or events.

Following its recent acquisitions of Cybereason, Stroz Friedberg, and Trustwave, LevelBlue has integrated their frontline cyber response and intelligence capabilities into a unified operational and commercial framework.

The company said its Resilience Retainer reflects this strategic consolidation, combining digital forensics, ransomware response, proactive readiness services, and advanced threat intelligence under one offering.
