Ubiquiti has appointed Leader as the exclusive distributor for its UniFi partner program in Australia.
Leader said the partner program will provide value-added resellers, MSPs and SIs with exclusive access to Ubiquiti's new Campus & Enterprise range of products, as well as specialised deal-registrations, increased margins, training and access to UniFi Ambassadors.
The new program also includes the launch of new services, including UI Care and UI Pro Support available to all channel partners, providing partner-grade replacement support for qualifying devices, as well as access to 24x7 expert site-support engineers.
Leader's director of enterprise, Ben Klason, said the addition of UI Care and UI Pro Support is a welcome addition for channel partners who want to sell peace-of-mind to their end-users.
"With these changes, we are confident UniFi will see significant uptake through top-tier verticals in the market including government and education," he said.
Ubiquiti's senior associate of strategy, Craig Wojtala, said by working with Leader, the company is giving the channel the margin, tools, and support they need to confidently lead with UniFi in the enterprise space.
"This is a long-term investment in both our partners and the future of the UniFi ecosystem," he said.
