Australian distributor Leader Computers has landed a gold sponsorship with AFL’s Carlton Football Club.
As part of the deal, the Leader logo will be displayed on the club’s laptops and on the coach’s box at Carlton’s home ground at Etihad Stadium.
Leader recently opened its largest PC distribution and assembly centre in Victoria. Managing director Theo Kristoris said the sponsorship deal was an integral part of raising brand awareness in the state, as well as giving back to the local community.

“We are very proud to now be associated with one of Australia’s most famous sporting teams. This partnership will help grow Leader’s profile and help our resellers generate more leads and close more sales,” Kristoris said.
“Leader’s purpose is always to help our resellers grow their business and profitability. We believe this is another great step to helping achieve our purpose.”
Leader joins other Carlton tech sponsors distributor Hills Limited and platinum sponsor Fronde, which is in turn partly owned by Carlton.
