Leader has announced a distribution agreement with “AI-powered” IT management platform Atera, which includes Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), helpdesk, ticketing and reporting capabilities.
Leader Partners can now access Atera’s platform through the Leader Cloud.
Launched in 2016, Atera pitches its platform at enterprise IT teams and MSPs and touts customers in over 105 countries.
The vendor has “made a name for itself in the IT Channel with their comprehensive IT Management solutions,” said Leader Managing Director Theo Kristoris.
