Cloud managed software defined network management company Kognitive Networks has partnered with Netlinkz, an ASX-listed Australian secure communications company, and Securelink Networks.
Through this partnership, the Kognitive Edge platform will allow Netlinkz and Securelink to offer unified and secure network management across diverse connectivity environments - including Starlink, 5G, and wired networks.
By leveraging Kognitive Edge, both companies will be able to bond fiber, fixed wireless, Starlink and other WAN connections, aiming to significantly enhancing bandwidth, resilience, access control, filtering along with cybersecurity capabilities.
Netlinkz is the creator of the Virtual Secure Network (VSN) and VSN+ Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platforms that deliver private networks for enterprises.
Securelink Networks, operating primarily in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, is a cybersecurity and connectivity solutions operating as a joint venture between PT&T and Netlinkz. The company plans to deploy the Kognitive Networks platform throughout the region.
The agreement has a one-year term with automatic one year renewal unless terminated by either party.
Netlinkz has reseller rights to the Kognitive suite of products.
In 2023, Netlinkz executed a convertible securities facility agreement to raise up to A$10 million through investor Obsidian Global of the United States. The facility provided the company with additional funding to advance its global expansion plans.
In 2019, NetLinkz acquired Melbourne-based systems integrator SSI Pacific for $10.2 million.
