As part of the agreement, KNet will provide implementation and support services to Avotus customers and partners.
KNet Technology specialises in the design, development and support of computer networks.
It has recently grown to include project management, consultancy services, helpdesk, hosting and managed services with the onsite placement of engineering support staff.
"This new partnership with Avotus adds another influential module to our portfolio that our extensive client base will find extremely useful," said Jeff Whitton, managing director and CEO, KNet Technology.
"We look forward to working with Avotus to support their existing customer base in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as promoting their products and sales efforts in this growing market."
Richard Garnick, chairman and CEO of Avotus said KNet Technology was the ideal partner to service its client base in this region because it has been at the forefront of IT and telecommunications in Australia for over 14 years.
He said the company also has the resources and logistical footprint to provide its existing Australian and new customer base with local technical and sales knowledge.
