Kaseya has launched MSP Success, an offering that pulls its marketing, peer-group and community programs into a single “growth ecosystem” aimed at helping MSPs grow more efficiently.
The company positioned the launch around the difficulty of winning new business; citing its 2026 Kaseya State of the MSP Report, Kaseya said 71% of MSPs now rank acquiring new customers as their single biggest challenge.
At the centre is MSP Success Digital Marketing, a new platform built to help MSPs generate leads and lift their market presence.
It bundles conversion-focused websites, search and answer engine optimisation (SEO and AEO) to capture leads across both traditional and AI-powered search, local search, content, email and social campaign tools, reputation management, analytics, lead capture and appointment booking, plus access to a dedicated marketing specialist.
The ecosystem also folds two of Kaseya’s acquired peer programs — TruMethods Peer and the Technology Marketing Toolkit — under a single MSP Success Peer umbrella, with quarterly in-person meetings across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific and online sessions in between.
A learning hub rounds out the offering with business frameworks and resources, and acts as a gateway to Kaseya’s customer community.
“While MSPs excel at technology, many struggle with marketing in a challenging landscape,” said Dan Tomaszewski, executive vice-president of channel at Kaseya, who leads the roughly 140-person team behind MSP Success.
"That’s why we’ve built a team of experienced practitioners, along with the right tools and processes, to help MSPs grow and succeed."
