E-commerce company SDL is partnering with fashion retailer Jeanswest to implement a new e-commerce solution for its online storefront.
The deal will see SDL roll-out the eCommerce Optimisation Tool, as well as a component of the SDL Customer Experience Cloud.
SDL’s e-commerce tools will allow Jeanswest to optimise its search engine and deliver products based on user’s location and situational relevance, according to SDL general manager of ANZ Kevin Ross.
A statement from SDL said that Jeanswest’s previous platform lacked the analytic capabilities to support its two million rewards program members.
SDL has already commenced rolling out its tools and will continue to provide ongoing support in the Jeanswest partnership.
