Ingram Micro has brought the sit-stand workstation WorkFit S-R from Ergotron to the Australian market.
Ergotron's workstation, available exclusively through Ingram, clamps to the rear of a desk and has space to fit two screens and a keyboard, as well as a work surface.
WorkFit S-R is made of aluminium, fits work areas starting at 60cm and hides cables with a pre-installed USB cable for easier connectivity. The workstation comes in black or white.
"The research is clear: prolonged sitting is detrimental to employee health. Recognising this issue, Ergotron continues to develop innovative, ergonomically sound products that can improve employee activity and health," Neil Lien, WorkFit product development manager at Ergotron, said.
Lien added that the new model takes up less desktop space compared to previous model WorkFit-S.
