Ingram Micro, BitTitan sling free cloud migration licenses to partners

BitTitan and Ingram Micro have teamed up for an exclusive offer to help accelerate customer’s journey to the cloud.

Ingram Micro partners new to BitTitan can receive free licenses for the vendor’s User Migration Bundle for three migration projects.

The bundle includes 50 free licenses of BitTitan’s MigrationWizard, a tool for migrating mailboxes, documents and personal archives to the cloud.

Partners need to purchase five User Migration Bundle licenses to qualify for the free licenses, which are valid for 12 months. Eligible partners also need to have not purchased BitTitan products from Ingram between 1 January 2018 and 31 July 2019.

Ingram has distributed BitTitan products in Australia since June 2016. The vendor said that globally, the two companies have migrated more than 200,000 mailboxes to the cloud with MigrationWiz.

“By enhancing our relationship with BitTitan, who shares our commitment to the channel, we are able to extend to our partners BitTitan’s powerful cloud-migration services to organisations around the globe,” said Ingram’s VP of cloud products Tarik Faouzi.

BitTitan also mentioned in a press release the looming end-of-support deadline for Microsoft’s Windows 7 and Exchange 2010 as an opportunity for partners to shuffle their customers to the cloud.
