Ingram Micro announces distribution agreement with WEKA

Ingram Micro has announced a strategic distribution agreement with WEKA.

Under the agreement, Ingram Micro becomes the primary route-to-market for WEKA's full portfolio of AI data and memory infrastructure solutions in Australia, including the WEKA NeuralMesh platform and WEKApod, a turnkey storage and memory system purpose-built for AI workloads.

All WEKA solutions will be fully discoverable, quotable and transactable through Ingram Micro's Xvantage AI-driven platform, enabling partners to combine AI data infrastructure with complementary compute, networking, cloud and services capabilities to create end-to-end AI solutions.

WEKA's software-defined NeuralMesh platform combines high-performance data infrastructure with advanced memory capabilities designed to reduce bottlenecks, improve GPU productivity and support increasingly demanding AI environments.

Combined with WEKApod, partners can deliver scalable AI infrastructure solutions that help customers maximise the value of their existing and future AI investments, Ingram Micro claimed.

For partners, the addition of WEKA creates new opportunities to engage with customers around AI readiness, infrastructure modernisation and the challenges associated with scaling AI workloads in production environments. It also strengthens Ingram Micro's ability to support AI projects spanning data, compute, networking, cloud and workplace technologies.

Through the agreement, Australian partners gain access to WEKA's AI data and memory infrastructure portfolio alongside Ingram Micro's technical resources, enablement programs, specialist expertise and growing AI ecosystem.
