The Missing Link, an IT outsourcing service provider, is launching an IBM innovation centre with a focus on systems management. Due to open on 20 November 2007, the facility in Artarmon will feature IBM Tivoli software.
“As a highly qualified IBM partner, The Missing Link is ideally positioned to demonstrate IBM software solutions for storage management and performance operation,” said Sue Hope, channel sales manager, IBM Australia and New Zealand.
The Solutions Centre is designed to assist customers in analysing their storage resources and ensuring that storage requirements are optimised.
“This centre will provide a world class facility to host customer engagements and events, and promote solutions and services from The Missing Link built with IBM software,” said Hope.
According to Alex Gambotto, managing director, at The Missing Link, we’ll be providing an innovative environment for client training, education and customised workshops, plus product installation and implementation assistance, for our customers.
The launch coincides with the recent IDC prediction that the global software storage management market will experience a 9.5 percent compound annual growth rate in between 2006 and 2010.
