Hostech (ASX:HTC) will complete its acquisition of regional resellers Anittel, Axxis, Aspirence and Accord before the end of April, the company has announced in a statement to the ASX.
According to the statement, shareholders "approved all of the resolutions" at the company's extraordinary general meeting on 30 March.
Company secretary Justin Stedwell said, "Hostech and the various vendors have been working the conditions precedent to the acquisition and we expect to complete all the acquistions before the end of April."
In February Kaz founder Peter Kazacos announced that his company Hostech had entered into an agreement to buy the four IT and telecommunications integrators, adding more than $60 million to its annual revenue.
