Hologram, a specialist in future-proofed data management solutions and consulting services, can now tailor solutions for businesses that need to analyse complex, large amounts of data in real time.
“Many businesses are struggling to cope with the speed and breadth of data flows in today’s highly-complex markets – with Kdb+, we have the answer,” said Rob Hodgkinson principal and director of Hologram.
Hodgkinson is one of four directors at Hologram, who all have experience in treasury risk management, securities and exchange markets, software development, database management, risk and pricing models, and financial consulting.
“Kdb+ outperforms all the world’s popular data management software programs by far and takes full advantage of 64-bit platforms, giving companies unlimited room to grow,” he said.
The product was designed in the US to capture, analyse, compare, and store data and can manage billions of records a day.
Companies currently using Kdb+ in that market include Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Zurich Financial Group and the New York Stock Exchange.
Kdb+ is also used in telecommunications companies for real-time call analysis.
"Without being able to quickly and readily access data arriving in streams, organisations will find it difficult to maintain a competitive edge,” added Hodgkinson.
Hologram is an Australian technology company delivering future-proofed data management solutions and consulting services.
