NEW YORK (Reuters) - Google on Tuesday said it appointed Ann Mather to its board, saying she would chair its audit committee.
Mather's appointment was effective 22 November. Mather has been a director on the board of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd since April 2004 and previously served as a director for Shopping.com Ltd and as the chief financial officer of Pixar Animation Studios Inc.
