Customer experience solutions vendor Genesys has recognised its top performing partners during its annual Genesys APAC partner conference.
During the conference, which took place between 20-22 February in Gold Coast, Dimension Data Australia was recognised as Asia-Pacific's best performing partner.
Michael Slip, general manager, CX and collaboration business unit at Dimension Data Australia, said: "Dimension Data has enjoyed a global relationship with Genesys for more than 20 years. During that time, we have worked together on many large-scale projects, delivering stellar results for our clients in the Asia-Pacific region."
The best performing partners for Australia and New Zealand were Datacom and Sydney-based Veridian Solutions.
"This is an outstanding achievement from the new relationship with Genesys (post acquisition of Interactive Intelligence) and one that now solidifies our position as a key and strategic partner across Australia and NZ," said Kirsty Hunter, managing director, Datacom Connect Asia Pacific.
"Datacom has been a user of Interactive Intelligence (ININ) products for more than 10 years, and a full Gold Partner for the past three.
"Datacom now supports about 1400 contact centre professionals across Australia and New Zealand on the Genesys PureConnect (CIC) and we have recently secured our first large Genesys PureCloud sales in New Zealand," Hunter added.
During the conference, Genesys announced the expansion of its partner network in the region. In order to support the expansion, Genesys created distinct technology, services and business partner categories within its program.
"This gives partners easier access to support, along with other benefits," Keith Budge, senior vice president of Genesys Asia-Pacific said.
Genesys has more than 1000 partners worldwide.
