According to Craig McDonald, managing director, MailGuard, the company has significant plans for the next two years and wants to build up its sales, finance and marketing teams.
Bosnar led CA (Computer Associates) Pacific channel sales team.
“I’ve spent 20 years working in the IT industry. There’s no doubt in my mind that the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector is going to grow significantly in the next five years,” said Bosnar.
“I’m really excited to be joining MailGuard, because it’s at the forefront of SaaS development owned and operating in Australia,” he added.
Other recent appointments have been Garry Hoover who joined MailGuard as its chief financial officer last November, and Philip O’Neill who was made marketing director in June.
Hoover, formerly CFO and company secretary of carsales.com.au. claims MailGuard is experiencing enormous growth with 34 percent compound growth for the past three years.
O’Neill was previously managing director of M&C Saatchi New Zealand and Whybin\TBWA Melbourne, working with clients like ANZ, Apple, adidas and Nissan.
