Exabeam has launched a new managed security service provider (MSSP) commercial framework, intended to help MSSPs scale efficiently while maintaining predictable margins and operational flexibility.
The company said the new framework, within its APEX Partner Program, was developed in response to partner feedback which indicated partners wanted the company to remove the friction of legacy licensing models and introduce more flexibility.
The new framework offers two deployment models – a single, pooled licensing model and a federated subscription model. The federated model is designed for MSSPs operating across multiple regions or compliance boundaries, while the pooled model is aimed at high volume, multi-tenant environments.
Exabeam claimed both options reduce onboarding friction, streamline billing and contracting, and provide greater cost control as customers expand, with the new framework replacing fragmented commercial structures with a standardised global model.
MSSPs will also gain access to flexible invoicing options; retention-based rebates aligned to recurring revenue models; Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments for service innovation; Market Development Funds (MDF); and access to advisory councils and early product programs.
