Dynatrace adds autonomous incident remediation agents to its Intelligence platform

Dynatrace has announced major additions to its Dynatrace Intelligence platform, introducing autonomous agents for incident triage and remediation, a no-code custom agent builder, and an expanded integration ecosystem.

The Autonomous SRE Agent triggers on newly detected problems, determines whether they belong to an existing investigation, and enriches that investigation with additional context.

The Cloud SRE Agent coordinates remediation across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud environments, centralising findings into a single auditable record.

A new Agent Builder lets customers create and deploy custom AI agents without writing code, extending autonomous operations to workflows specific to their environments.

Dynatrace also expanded its integration ecosystem to cover hyperscalers including AWS, Azure and Google, enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Atlassian and PagerDuty, and a range of developer and AI tools.

The announcements build on the earlier introduction of Dynatrace Intelligence and also include enhancements to Dynatrace Assist, bringing natural-language investigation and agent-ready workflows to a broader user base.

Steve Tack, chief product officer at Dynatrace, said most observability platforms stop at data, leaving humans to find answers, determine what to do, and execute.
