DXC Technology has snapped up its third Australian company this year, this time with platinum Salesforce partner System Partners for an undisclosed amount.
System Partners was founded in 2008 and has operations in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. The company has specialised in Salesforce since its inception including consulting services, end-to-end implementation, managed services and governance.
System Partners said it has over 100 Salesforce certified experts based in Australia and has completed over 500 projects over the past decade, working across financial services, government, communications, media, utility and education industries.
“Today’s announcement is the start of another exciting chapter for System Partners," chief executive Scott Bozic said.
"Joining the DXC family will provide us with strategic support and enhanced capabilities that will benefit our team, our partners and our clients. We look forward to leveraging DXC’s deep industry capabilities and helping our clients with their business and digital transformation, in addition to the Salesforce expertise for which we are known and respected.”
DXC said the acquisition would offer up more cross-sell opportunities for both stemming from complementary product portfolios and expanded services.
“Having a deep Salesforce capability is strategically important for DXC in Australia and New Zealand to support our existing customers and increase our relevance in the cloud environment," DXC Australia managing director Seelan Nayagam said.
"With more organisations using Salesforce and considering CRM replacements, System Partners can lift DXC’s Salesforce capability in the region, as well as accelerate the growth of our Salesforce practice globally.”
The latest acquisition marks a trend for DXC buying up Australian partners that specialise in offerings from its biggest vendors. In March this year, DXC acquired Australian Oracle cloud partner M-Power Solutions, which focuses on enterprise performance management and BI. A month later, DXC bought Melbourne-based Microsoft partner Sable37, which specialises in Dynamics 365 cloud solutions.
