Digital consulting firm DB Results has appointed two experienced executives to lead its Queensland expansion, aiming to make Brisbane a hub for growth across a range sector and to tap into the state's economic potential.
Gil Winters, currently serving as regional executive, will lead the DB Results' efforts in the state, while Scott Sheldon has joined as delivery executive, with over two decades of experience from Accenture and other high-profile roles.
The company anticipates business growth in government, financial services, utilities and healthcare sectors in Queensland.
It expects the Queensland office to match the size of its New South Wales and Victoria businesses within three years.
The firm has had a presence in Queensland since 2022 through a partnership with the Queensland government and Cherbourg Council, creating digital jobs for local Indigenous and disadvantaged job seekers.
As part of its commitment to social good, B-Corp DB Results supported several not-for-profit initiatives totalling $2.8 million in FY23 alone.
The company plans to grow its local team of Queensland talent.
