Fuji Xerox has been awarded a managed print hardware services contract from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).
The $3.8 million deal covers the provision and maintenance of printing hardware, specifically 317 machines across the agency.
A CSIRO spokesperson told CRN that Fuji Xerox was chosen from the Department of Finance’s Major Office Machines Panel.
The four-member panel also includes Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Kyocera Document Solutions and Ricoh Australia.
“[The CSIRO] selected Fuji Xerox as representing the best value-for-money outcome for the organisation,” the spokesperson said.
The new contract runs from September 2019 to September 2024.
