Rhys George has joined cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike in the role of head of distribution for Australia and New Zealand.
George was previously at NetApp for over seven years, most recently as head of distribution, strategic channels and cloud partners for the ANZ region.
CrowdStrike’s VP of channels for Asia Pacific and Japan, Jon Fox, said George’s extensive enterprise sales, channel and partner management experience made him an ideal fit for this role.
“ANZ is a key pillar of CrowdStrike’s global growth strategy, with organisations in the region continually looking for the cybersecurity capabilities that enhance their security posture and help them stay ahead of adversaries,” he said.
“With Rhys leading our ANZ distribution program, we will be able to equip even more service providers and MSSP’s with the industry’s most advanced cybersecurity platform.”
