The awards celebrate the success of the Australian IT channel and decorate vendors, distributors and resellers across a variety of market segments.
Firms have been shortlisted after an intensive analysis of all channel players by a closed panel of industry insiders and experts as the CRN Channel Champion awards finally reach local shores after gaining vast popularity in the UK and US, where the event is in its 14th and 17th years respectively.
Shortlisted vendors and distributors can start readying their acceptance speeches, but the channel will have to wait until the big night to find out who will take home the industry achiever awards for overall Vendor of the Year and Distributor of the Year.
Another section that will have to wait until the night is the Channel Champions awards, which will reward commitment to the channel, influence on the industry, and innovator of a product or service and is open to representatives from a vendor, distributor or reseller. Winners of our two Channel Champion Awards will be inducted into the Australian CRN Hall of Fame.
There will also be a charity auction taking place to give the channel the opportunity to give something back to the community. Proceeds from the auction and table sales from the night will be donated to the Cancer Council of Australia.
So get ready for the channel Oscars and CRN will see you on the night.
