Reseller business management software developer ConnectWise has upgraded its co-managed software line to include marketing and sales tools.
The StreamlineIT addition links the reseller to its clients' internal IT staff using a common interface that gives visibility into performance metrics and service levels.
Sales training videos, sales sheets and email were added to the software to kick off the partner’s marketing campaign, the company said.
Arnie Bellini, ConnectWise chief executive, said the addition of the upgraded go-to-market toolkit would help resellers "communicate its benefits and gain another competitive advantage".
The US-based vendor was launched in 1982 and has 42,000 IT professionals.
