The organising committee for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympics Games is seeking expressions of interest for the provision, licensing, and support of desktop productivity software for the Games.
The scope of work includes the supply and support of widely used desktop software such as Microsoft Office, PDF editors and other document management tools for Games-time administrative environments.
It also includes the management of software licences, renewals, and assurance of compliance with relevant legal, cybersecurity, and data protection standards, as well as ongoing maintenance, updates, and user support for deployed desktop productivity software, including troubleshooting, patching, and version control.
The successful supplier will also need to manage deployment and configuration, handling installation and configuration of software across multiple user profiles and devices, ensuring compatibility with Games-time IT infrastructure and operational workflows.
Expressions of interest close on 30 September 2026.
So far already this year, the committee has released EOIs for the design, deployment, operation and Games-time support of telco services; the provision of CCTV systems; for the provision, configuration, integration, and support of the aforementioned DIVA network; and for assistance with its internal ChatGPT use.
