Brennan has announced the appointment of two senior sales appointments while the managed services provider looks to fill a further 18 positions.
Brennan managing director Dave Stevens said the vacancies were driven by "strong growth" in managed services and infrastructure-as-as-service (Iaas) products.
The company claimed its VMware, Cisco, and EMC powered IaaS is its fastest growing product with eight new clients signing on every month.
"Brennan reported great growth from managed services in the [last financial year], which was up 66 percent for the year and the other one is the move to the cloud which is up hundreds of percents," he said.
Stevens said Brennan has 18 vacant positions but "they've been difficult to recruit" despite being advertised on seek.com.au, Brennan's website and via industry contacts.
Stevens said the vacancies are in sales and engineering. The company has a total employee base of a couple hundred, he said.
Meanwhile, Brennan has appointed ex-Dell staffer Stuart Roberts to the new role of Victorian sales manager.
Roberts joined Brennan from Dell where for the last seven years he held leadership roles in the solutions group responsible for server, storage and infrastructure consulting sales across Australia.
Brennan has also appointed Troy Soutar to take charge of Brennan's sales activities in NSW.
Soutar comes from Alphawest where he was the national sales manager for the business solutions group.
