Brennan buys South Australian MSP Nuago, more acquisitions "earmarked for the near future"

Brennan has acquired South Australian MSP and CRN Fast50 alumnus Nuago, with more acquisitions “earmarked for the near future”.

Nuago was founded in Adelaide in 2016 by former Datacom employees, and by 2018 Nuago earned a place in the CRN Fast50 after growing its revenues 109.2 percent year-on-year to $7.81 million. The company has on multiple Lenovo awards.

Nuago has customers in “all sizes and sectors”, according to the acquisition announcement.

Brennan said the acquisition, its fourth in three years, “expands their national footprint, strengthens their delivery capabilities, and consolidates their position as Australia’s leading technology support specialists.”

“For customers, this acquisition unlocks access to an even deeper and richer pool of skills and talent,” stated Dave Stevens, Brennan’s founder and Managing Director.

“For Brennan, our expanded national footprint opens an exciting chapter and fresh opportunities. And for the wider market, our ongoing investment in Australian-owned and operated technology specialists underscores our intent and ambition to grow further.”

Brendon O’Rourke, Nuago’s Managing Director stated: “Nuago's prominence in the South Australian market complements Brennan's national reach, and the upshot of this acquisition creates advantages and opportunities across the board, with customers set to benefit from an even wider array of solutions and capabilities designed to support their organisation and solve their business challenges.”
