Bluechip Infotech has signed on Dutch vendor Computicate to bring its professional services automation platform to Australia.
Computicate's platform is a business management tool for managed service providers that integrates with existing managed services tools. The company was founded in 2016 and already sells its platform in Europe and North America.
The vendor said it would market to small and midsized MSPs in Australia with between 1 and 35 employees who haven't adopted an automation platform.
“We aim to make the life of MSP’s easier, not more complex, by making it simple and affordable to enhance your MSP operations," said Computicate CRO Hans van Leerdam.
"With our 1-day configuration, intuitive interface, and attractive 'pay-as-you-go' pricing model, the business case is solid, even for MSP’s who only want to use one or two of our features, to improve the way they run their business.”
Bluechip managing director Johnson Hsiung praised Computicate, saying: “Our MSP partners are continually seeking out solutions that not only help them complete day-to-day tasks, but that enable their businesses to grow into more profitable, efficient operations. Computicate shows that it can meet those needs, and we’re looking forward to expanding its market presence in the region.”
Late last year, Bluechip signed an exclusive deal with US-based Continuum to bring the remote monitoring and management vendor to Australia, its first distributor for any country.
