The contract will result in the local hosting and mobility solutions provider expanding its hosting data centre in the UK to support SageMetrics’ data analytics operations.
Anthony Banek, managing director for BlueCentral said its partnership with SageMetrics marks a continued expansion in the international market.
“We have supported around 8,000 clients in their hosting requirements from around the world and we remain committed to growing our footprint,” he said.
According to Banek, the new hosting facility will support behavioural targeting and web analytics functions for SageMetrics customers such as the BBC, BP, L’Oreal, Shell and Virgin.
Benoit Droulez, CEO at SageMetrics said, being a behavioural targeting and analytics solution provider means capturing and preserving data is its core business.
“We selected BlueCentral because of its demonstrated experience as a hosting provider,” he said.
“The service provider has also designed a solution that moves us from a multi-location hosting environment to a centralised single location.”
