eNerds showed steady year-on-year growth in the 2025 financial year with revenue jumping 10% over the prior period to reach $12.5 million and place it 17th in the 2025 techpartner.news Fast50.

With four previous Fast50 placements under its belt, the eNerds also celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2025 and surpassed 60 staff.

65% of the company’s revenue came from services in FY25, with 30% from hardware and 5% from software.

Chief executive Jamie Warner said growth was largely driven by signing on new clients on managed service contracts.

The company added $79,000 in new monthly recurring revenue for the period, outperforming its target by 60%.

Warner attributed this success to investment in customer experience tools, including a client portal, a support application and on-demand reporting.

“Innovating our service delivery methodology continues to help us differentiate ‘how’ we provide our services. Most clients are looking for a ‘step up’ in service experience and so when trying to win the contract, you have to have a strong argument as to how you’ll deliver that step up,” he said.

Account manager Vivian Zhu said that the growth is especially significant as it places the company among the top SMB-focused MSPs.

“What makes this growth especially significant is that 90% of MSPs serving SMBs generate under $5M in revenue, yet we have scaled well beyond this benchmark through organic growth alone — without relying on mergers or acquisitions,” she said.

eNerds aims to achieve a further 10-15% growth in the 2026 financial year with a particular focus on Melbourne and Brisbane, where the company is currently growing fastest.

Warner said that even as a decades-old company, rapid growth “breaks a lot of things”.

“When you grow an MSP you essentially grow the amount of support tickets and tasks across all of these discipline areas and indeed our on-boarding team was begging for a break when we hit November and December,” he told techpartner.news.

“We’ve had to enhance processes, hire new team members, create new roles, improve processes and procedures, build software just to cope with transitioning eNerds into a truly mid-size MSP player in Australia.”

eNerds also has plans to continue expanding its cybersecurity capabilities, which included a new vendor partnership with email security provider SendMarc.

Warner said the company is looking to grow the size of the clients in this area.

“We achieved IS27001 certification in 2025 which will put us in a good position to take on larger accounts looking for organisations that match their cybersecurity best practice standards,” he said.
