Aussie Microsoft partner CyTrack celebrates 20 years

The business technology landscape was unrecognisable in 1995 when prominent Microsoft partner CyTrack opened its doors.

"There was no social media, and even email was yet to be used in a meaningful way by businesses," said founder and managing director Nick Milan.

CyTrack was started on 1 July 1995 in Alexandria in inner city Sydney, but like many former New South Welshmen, the team now calls the sunny Gold Coast home.

This month the software development house celebrates 20 years in business, and now boasts clients all over the globe.

"I find it incredible that our business and people are projecting ideas and solutions into more than 30 countries around the world," he said.

The company was honoured as a finalist in the Application Development Partner of the Year category at last year's Microsoft Australian Partner Awards. In May, the firm made headlines for its customer contact system overhaul for high-profile client Lite n Easy, utilising Microsoft Azure.

Milan is looking ahead to international markets for CyTrack's 21st year in business.

"We have really exciting solutions coming to the market and many awesome new partners and channels such as our recent launch in the UK; [and] sales into South Africa, Asia, Middle East and the US."
